Ss26 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the rules and conditions governing use of the ss26 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ss26 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the ss26 platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as a user and the ss26 operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The ss26 platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on ss26. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. ss26 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence.
- Registration information provided must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times.
- You must notify ss26 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Transferring, selling, or sharing your account with any other party is prohibited.
- Ss26 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for security and compliance purposes.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Ss26 users are required to use the platform responsibly and to comply with all applicable rules. Using the platform for any illegal activity, fraud, or conduct that harms other users is strictly prohibited.
The following actions constitute violations of the terms of use and may result in account suspension or closure:
- Using automated software or methods to access or exploit the platform.
- Falsifying your identity or concealing relevant personal information during registration.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, or manipulation in games or betting.
- Using your account for money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
- Interfering with or obstructing other users' fair use of the platform.
Ss26 reserves the right to take immediate action, including temporary or permanent account suspension, where there is reasonable suspicion of any of the above violations.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the ss26 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name.
Successfully verified deposits will be credited to the user's account within the timeframe specified for the chosen payment method. ss26 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to identity verification policies.
- Ss26 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing where additional verification is required for fraud prevention purposes.
- All refunds are subject to review and approval by the ss26 finance team.
- Accounts suspected of involvement in suspicious financial activity may be frozen pending investigation.
Users are advised to keep their own records of transactions. Should any dispute arise regarding a transaction, please contact the ss26 support team within 30 days of the transaction date.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Ss26 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of this platform, including loss of funds due to technical disruptions beyond our control, game or betting outcomes, or the actions of third parties. ss26's total liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, software, and materials on the ss26 platform are the exclusive property of the ss26 operator or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The ss26 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. ss26 does not control, and is not responsible for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Users access such links entirely at their own risk.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Ss26 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraud, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Accounts suspended pending investigation will be notified via the registered email address. For accounts closed due to a terms breach, any legitimate remaining balance — after deducting bonuses or benefits obtained through fraudulent means — will be processed in accordance with standard procedures within a reasonable timeframe.
Changes to Terms
Ss26 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the ss26 website. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the relevant jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from the use of the ss26 platform should first be resolved through voluntary negotiation before any legal action is pursued.
